This specialized training course will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive as a beekeeper in Southern California.  But wait, there's more! We are taking this training to the next level by inviting you to join us on an awe-inspiring beekeeping excursion to a bee yard for a hands-on experience you will never forget!

Imagine yourself standing amongst buzzing hives, exploring their captivating complexities, and discovering the secrets of successful Southern California Beekeeping. This immersive, practical learning opportunity will empower you to confidently keep bees not only in your first year but for seasons to come.

Our adventure will start bright and early as we gather at the Orange County Beekeeping Supplies Shop, conveniently located at 2536 E Fender Ave Unit B, Fullerton, California, 92831. From there you will jump into the truck with Bill and we'll embark on a journey to a bee yard. There, we will dive into a portion of the very same hives we manage. You will learn inspection techniques, queen sign vs queen spotting, understanding the lifecycle of bees, identifying eggs, larva, and capped brood, and so much more.

At Orange County Beekeeping Supplies, we understand that investing in your education is crucial. The cost of this class is $300.00 per person, with a maximum of only four participants per session. While this may seem like a significant investment, it's crucial to understand that the cost of replacing bees and queens due to lack of knowledge can far exceed this amount. We believe it's far better to equip you with the right tools and knowledge upfront in order to pave the way to successful beekeeping.

Throughout the training, you'll have the opportunity to address any burning beekeeping questions you may have, share ideas with fellow aspiring beekeepers, and learn directly from an experienced beekeeper—the epitome of passion and dedication in the field.
